The country of Iran recently announced that it shot down an unmanned American drone that flew over it’s airspace. An excerpt from the story says:
“An advanced RQ-170 unmanned American spy plane was shot down by Iran's armed forces. It suffered minor damage and is now in possession of Iran's armed forces”
So apparently, even after being shot down, this single drone still managed to capture the entire armed forces of another country. Thank God these things will soon be flying over our skies protecting us from ourselves.

That really IS impressive! Just imagine what those video-game warriors in Las Vegas could do with two or three drones.
Phil:
The picture I posted Monday is what they shot down...
Who said those camel-jockeys couldn't hit a bull in the ass with a bass fiddle?
I still like the idea of turning that entire nation into one HUGE lake of GLASS!
But, I'm such a traditionalist...lol.
Stay safe up there.
If we sink Iran, then the trans-caucas states would be the new gulf states, and we'd probably have the same problems with them. Iran has it's own share of the blame, but we have also been a big part of the problem as well. I'd prefer a policy just short of destroying every other country in the world.
first- i was watching the movie "terminator - salvation" the other night. they were talking about how skynet OPERATED ON RADIO CARRIER FREQUENCIES. so to jam skynet- is to shut them down, long enough to well..
so it occurred to me- if a person could jam the radio frequencys of the radio /satellite controlled drones, and turn the encrypted signals into gibberish, the drone crashes. .
the other thing tha occurred to em was maybe the US allowed the drone to "fall" into their hands. for an analogy- look at roswell- 1947. if there really was a n alien UFO- look where it was taken for examination/analysis/ reverse engineering- to every top secretUS spy/ military base. So..
suppose the drone was bait. and the rats dragged it to every high tech facility they have to analyze this machinery. suppose that "skynet" has some sort of secret tracking device, and its recording every move, and the minute it gets to where it can uplink its data, well, jackpot1 we have pinpointed every secret site in IRAN.. hmmm.
and next- perhaps this technology is 20 years obsolete, and we sent them a toy- just to mess with them. look at all the christmas ads, and all the cool little drone like toys- radio control- for your kids to play with? ancient military technology.
besides, if you have an anti-matter bomb that annihilates everything, and leaves no radioactive residue, and emits no electromagnetic pulse, then nothing really matters anymore.. no sea of glass; just a large empty hole- all matter annihilated, and turned into pure energy..
now THAT will drive the IRANIANS BATTY!
ps- seems i annoy some people...(LOL!)
happy holidays to you and yours, Phil. I'm a MARXIST..
John Stewart referred to it as "The Trojan drone".
Our over-reliance upon technology will likely be turned into the achilles heel that causes us to fall one day.
You know, it seems like I remember you telling me how you were going to vandalize my signs the first time I ran for office. And now you're a loyal supporter. It took a while but I finally managed to bring you to the dark side. Or perhaps it was you who converted me and I just don't realize it yet.
